Situated in the heart of downtown Vancouver, the Telus Project was an ambitious renovation of a uniquely designed and custom-crafted sub-penthouse. Spanning 1,553 square feet, this extensive $500k renovation transformed the space into a luxurious and meticulously detailed residence. Exquisite panda stone and brass hardware that accentuate the sub-penthouse’s modern aesthetic. The kitchen now features top-of-the-line Miele and Wolf appliances, including a wall steam oven and a built-in coffee maker, ensuring a seamless blend of style and functionality. Additionally, the walk-in wine room, which showcases over 700 vintages, adds a touch of sophistication and convenience for the avid collector.
One of the highlights of the Telus Project was our installation of an Optymist steam fireplace, which adds to the ambiance. In the ensuite shower, we integrated a Kohler digital thermostatic valve, allowing precise temperature control for an enhanced shower experience. This project also received the 2020 Editor’s Choice Award, reflecting the exceptional quality and innovation that went into every detail. The result is a stunning sub-penthouse that combines luxurious living with cutting-edge technology, setting a new standard for urban living in Vancouver
