In the heart of North Vancouver, the Parrot Project was a complete remodel of a charming 1964 home, spanning 2,300 square feet.
Over five months, we transformed this property to not only refresh its aesthetic but also enhance its functionality. The project included the addition of a fully equipped rental suite, creating an opportunity for the homeowner to generate passive income while maximizing the home’s potential. On the top floor, we added a brand-new primary ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with luxurious body sprays and jets, transforming the space into a private retreat.
