Located in the prestigious Brentwood Park area of Burnaby, the Sabanis Project involved the complete renovation of a luxurious penthouse condo spanning the 23rd and 24th floors.
This extensive $220,000 remodel encompassed both bathrooms, the kitchen, and laundry room. Our team at Van Custom Plumbing transformed the existing bathrooms, featuring high-end fixtures from House of Rohl, TOTO, Kohler, and Native Trails. A standout element was converting the existing bathtub to a stunning freestanding model, complemented by a unique cascading waterfall tub filler from the ceiling. The dream kitchen now boasts integrated stainless steel appliances, a 6-burner gas stove, and a breathtaking waterfall center island.
One of the most challenging and rewarding aspects of this project was the installation of a 550 lb stone freestanding bathtub on the 23rd floor. Coordinating the delivery and ensuring precise installation required meticulous planning and execution. The result is a spa-inspired ensuite featuring a 2-person stone soaker tub with panoramic views, a separate walk-in shower, and dual floating vanities with wall-mounted faucets. This renovation not only enhanced the luxury bathroom experience but also provided stunning panoramic views, elevating the overall living experience for our client.
