Located along the scenic Marinaside Crescent in Vancouver, the Marinaside Project was a comprehensive remodel of a luxurious two-floor penthouse at Crestmark 1.
This 1,700 square foot home underwent a complete transformation over the course of six months. The project included reconfiguring the kitchen layout to create a chef’s kitchen. We also enhanced the spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with a Kohler steam unit in the primary shower, creating a tranquil retreat within the home, and added a second vanity, enhancing both convenience and luxury.
Coordinating with the building’s strata was a significant aspect of this project, ensuring a smooth workflow and minimizing disruptions to the building’s daily operations. The result is a stunning penthouse with white quartz countertops, wide plank oak floors, and an ensuite that feels like a five-star spa. The reconfiguration and attention to detail have elevated this penthouse to a new standard of luxury living, seamlessly integrating modern amenities with timeless style and the unparalleled backdrop of Vancouver’s waterfront.
